Chickasaw National Recreation Area - March 2009

Chickasaw National Recreation Area is in southern Oklahoma. Google Map Link We've made it down to the Lake of the Arbuckles twice now in the last 6 months. I have some pictures from a hike we took right outside the Nature Center.

Oklahoma City Zoo - February 2009

The OKC Zoo is a little gem inside the OKC city limits. You can escape even just for a few short hours. Sure everything is paved and soda machines are everywhere but the kids had a dang good time!
